At the Blue Dragon, we take pride in serving up fresh and delicious food with flavors from all around the world. Our talented and passionate chef team sources the finest local and seasonal ingredients, including fresh fish caught by local fishermen and produce from our very own organic farm. Since opening our doors in July 2008, we've become known for our values-driven approach and commitment to providing a unique and memorable dining experience. Our beautifully renovated building, friendly staff, and mouthwatering gourmet food will truly feed your soul. In fact, we've been voted North Hawaii's Best Live Music and Best Night Life for four consecutive years, from 2009 to 2012! And let's not forget about our awards for Best Catering, Best Fish/Seafood, and Best Vegetarian Food. We're proud of these accomplishments and always strive to exceed our customers' expectations. I have to mention that our chef, Noah, goes above and beyond to ensure that all our dishes are made with love and care. He personally selects the freshest ingredients, many of which come from our very own farm. We're so committed to supporting local and fresh food that we've even launched vegetarian specialties and are more than happy to customize menu items for our vegetarian and vegan friends.
